Power Charges. Each month, the greater of (i) the Power Charge for the aggregate amount of power actually consumed (expressed in kWh) by all power-consuming devices in the Customer Area, and (ii) the Power Charge for the volume of power represented by the then-current Specified Power Draw (expressed in kWh).

ACF\\n\\ = The Average Capacity Factor calculated on a rolling average basis for the most recent 36 month period, including the current billing month n, or for the actual number of billing months since the Commencement Date, in accordance to Section 5.1.1. Schedule 4.4 Services and Supply Agreement TKWH\\n\\ = The total KWH consumed by Air Products' 4.16 kV loads as measured at the Air Products' 4.16 kV switchgear for all hourly periods in billing month n including those hourly periods when generator CG-500 is not operating. Fc\\n\\ = The Fuel Charge as calculated pursuant to Section 5.1.4 for billing month n. GKWH\\n\\ = The gross KWH delivered by Air Products at the Generator Terminal during billing month n. FALKWH\\n\\ = The total KWH consumed by Air Products' Facility Auxiliary Load as determined in accordance with Section 5.1.2 during billing month n. Commencement Date shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1 of the Hydrogen Supply Agreement.
Power Charges. 3.1 Where power and space for the co-location and/or hosting services are not billed separately the parties agree that the power inclusive co-location rack will form 60% of the total area used by the Customer and the remaining area will form 40%. If electricity prices rise M247 shall be entitled to increase the cost of the co-location and/or hosting services by 60% to reflect the increase of the electricity prices.
Power Charges. (i) The Power Charges for the STP Facilities including the I&D Works shall initially be borne by the Concessionaire, which shall be reimbursed by NMCG to the Concessionaire, subject to a quarterly cap of: (A) the Power Charges based on the Digha Guaranteed Energy Consumption separately for both STP Facilities and I&D Works; and (B) the Power Charges based on the Kankarbagh Guaranteed Energy Consumption, separately for both STP Facilities and I&D Works.

Power Charges. (a) The Commission hereby covenants and agrees to calculate, revise and impose, from time to time, Power Charges sufficient to provide moneys in the amounts and at the times necessary to satisfy the Retail Revenue Requirements as specified by the Department.

For Tolly‟s Nallah Facilities, only the DWF Guaranteed Energy Consumption limit will be applicable for the months of January, February, March, April, May, June, November and December. During this period, the Concessionaire will not be reimbursed for any SWF pumping. The reimbursement for SWF pumping will be made only in the months of July, August, September and October. The Power Charges for any given quarter of the O&M Period will be calculated as follows: For the units of energy consumed from the grid (as evidenced by a copy of the bill issued by the distribution licensee), the Power Charges will be calculated by multiplying the number of units consumed in such quarter (subject to the Guaranteed Energy Consumption for the energy consumed by the relevant Facility) with the Power Unit Rate. If the Concessionaire procures power from outside West Bengal, then, the Power Unit Rate will be the prevalent power unit rate in West Bengal or the tariff at which the Concessionaire procures power from outside West Bengal , whichever is lower. If there is any interruption in the supply of power from the grid, and the Concessionaire uses backup power supply from the DG Sets for the O&M, then, the Concessionaire's Representative and the KMC shall jointly take readings from the meters installed at the DG Sets to determine the number of units of energy consumed from the DG Sets for O&M of the relevant Facility; the number of units of energy consumed from the DG Sets (determined as per (I) above) shall be adjusted such that the aggregate of the total number of units consumed from the grid and the total number of units consumed from the DG Sets shall not exceed the Guaranteed Energy Consumption for the relevant Location (Adjusted DG Set Units); the quantity of diesel consumed to generate the Adjusted DG Set Units in the relevant quarter shall be calculated by the KMC based on the rated specific fuel consumption of the DG Sets specified by the manufacturers of the DG Sets; and the Power Charges for the Adjusted DG Set Units will be calculated by multiplying the quantity of diesel consumed (determined as per (III) above) with the Fuel Price.
