Fuel Charge definition

Fuel Charge means the Base Fuel Charge plus the applicable surcharge, if any, imposed pursuant to Section 7.2.5.
Fuel Charge means the charge described in regulation 9; “general standards” has the meaning in regulation 19(2); “guaranteed standards” has the meaning in regulation 19(1);
Fuel Charge means Gas reimbursed by Shipper, either in kind or otherwise, to compensate Transporter for fuel associated with the operational aspects of providing Transportation Service, including compression and metering, as negotiated between the Parties or as authorized by CRE, as the case may be.

  • Seller’s cost of natural gas transportation shall be included in the calculation of the Variable Fuel Cost or Fixed Fuel Charge as appropriate.

  • The covenants, obligations, representations and warranties of Parent, Merger Sub, and the Company contained in this Agreement, or in any document delivered pursuant to this Agreement, shall be deemed to be material and to have been relied upon by the parties hereto notwithstanding any investigation prior to the Closing and shall survive the date of Closing until the termination of the Escrow Fund (as defined below); and shall not be merged into any documents delivered in connection with the Closing.

  • If Buyer makes changes to the Day Ahead --------------------- Schedule for operation in the Non-Summer Period or Summer Off Peak Hours and such change requires Seller to purchase more gas than would have been purchased but for such change in the schedule, then Seller shall provide Buyer with a quoted surcharge to be added to the Base Fuel Charge, the sum of which shall be the Fuel Charge for all Electric Energy generated pursuant to such changed schedule.

  • For example: if during a 6 month Hire Period you drive 7500 miles and have opted for the 12000 miles annual Inclusive Mileage Allowance then you would be charged for 1500 miles @ 0.20 ▇▇▇▇▇ per mile (ie., 7500 miles travelled minus (12000 ÷ 12 x 6)) £0.20 ▇▇▇▇▇ per mile for each mile driven over the Inclusive Mileage Allowance you have elected per year Fuel Charge This will apply if you return the Vehicle to us without refilling the tank to at least one quarter full.

  • Should FEP at its sole option ever add compression facilities to enable the transportation of gas from the Arkansas Receipt Points to the NGPL Interconnect, Shipper shall be required to pay the Fuel Charge associated with same pursuant to FEP's Tariff, as limited by the Fuel Cap.


More Definitions of Fuel Charge

Fuel Charge means the cost set out in the Tariff Guide under Schedule 1 to this agreement for each litre of fuel which we use to refill the fuel tank of the Vehicle up to one-quarter full if you return it to us with a fuel tank that is less than one-quarter full (see clause 5.2(b) for further details). . In addition and to compensate us for our loss we will charge you a one-off refuelling service charge as set out in the Tariff Guide under Schedule 1 to this agreement.
