Common use of Posting of New Benefited Positions Clause in Contracts

Posting of New Benefited Positions. If a relief nurse works an average of twenty (20) or more 4 hours per week in a unit during a calendar quarter, and such hours worked are not in replacement of 5 other nurses’ use of PTO or leaves of absence, then the Hospital shall post a new benefited position 6 of at least twenty (20) hours per week in that unit.
