Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A nurse who has accepted or accepts 2 employment in a position outside the scope of this Agreement, without a break in 3 Hospital service, and who is later employed by the Hospital as a regular nurse, without
Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A nurse who has accepted or 17 accepts employment in a position outside the scope of this Agreement, without a break 18 in Hospital service, and who is later employed by the Hospital as a regular nurse, 19 without a break in Hospital service, will thereafter be credited with his/her previously 20 accrued seniority as a nurse, his/her ETO accrual rate based upon total consecutive 21 years of Hospital service, and no less than his/her previously existing wage step as a 22 nurse. In addition, such nurse may utilize accrued bargaining unit seniority during the 24 bargaining unit position, provided the nurse maintains Association membership during 25 this period of time. Additionally, a nurse who accepts a special project non-bargaining 26 unit position may be granted access to prior accrued bargaining unit seniority for 27 purposes of job bidding for up to twelve (12) months after leaving the bargaining unit, 28 provided that before the nurse leaves the bargaining unit, the Hospital and Association 29 have reached mutual consent to that effect, and provided further that the nurse maintain 30 Association membership while out of the bargaining unit.
Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A nurse who has accepted or accepts employment in a position outside the scope of this Agreement and outside the scope of the professional agreement between the Association and the Agency, and who is later employed by the Medical Center as a nurse in the bargaining unit without a break in Medical Center or PHOR service, will thereafter be credited with (1) his/her previously accrued seniority as a nurse (and accordingly will not be placed on probationary status), (2) his/her PTO accrual rate based upon total consecutive years of Medical Center or PHOR service, and (3) no less than his/her previously existing wage step (including credit for prior service within the pay step) as a nurse.
Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A nurse who moves or has previously moved from a position in the bargaining unit into other Hospital employment, without a break in Hospital employment, will not continue to accrue additional seniority while in such position. Upon returning to a position as a bargaining unit nurse, however, the nurse will have his or her accrued seniority restored.
Service Outside Bargaining Unit. Previously accrued seniority 9 shall be maintained. Accrual of bargaining unit seniority shall continue but be 10 limited to a period of six months from date of transfer when a nurse accepts a 11 non-bargaining unit position with the Employer. 12
Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A nurse who has accepted or accepts employment in a position outside the scope of this Agreement and outside the scope of the professional agreement between the Association and the Home Health Agency, and who is later employed by the Medical Center as a nurse hereunder, without a break in Medical Center or PHOR service, will thereafter be credited with his/her previously accrued seniority as a nurse, his/her PTO accrual rate based upon total consecutive years of Medical Center or PHOR service, and no less than his/her previously existing wage step (including credit for prior service within the pay step) as a nurse, and will not be on probationary status as a result of such return to the bargaining unit. Following ratification of this Agreement, and upon the request of an individual nurse, the Medical Center shall recalculate the seniority of the nurse to include any years of PHOR service not previously included in the nurse’s seniority.
Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A bargaining unit nurse who has 31 accepted a position outside the scope of the bargaining unit, without a break 32 in Employer service, and who later accepts a bargaining unit position will be 33 credited with his or her previously accrued seniority as a nurse in the 34 bargaining unit.

A nurse who has accepted or accepts employment in a position outside the scope of this Agreement, without a break in Hospital service, and who is later employed by the Hospital as a regular nurse, without a break in Hospital service, will thereafter be credited with his/her previously accrued seniority as a nurse, his/her PTO accrual rate based upon total consecutive years of Hospital service, and no less than his/her previous wage step as a nurse.

Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A bargaining unit member who has accepted or accepts employment in a position outside the scope of this Agreement, without a break in Hospital service, and who is later employed by the Hospital as a regular bargaining unit member, without a break in Hospital service, will thereafter be credited with their previously accrued seniority as a bargaining unit member, their ETO accrual rate based upon total consecutive years of Hospital service, and no less than their previously existing wage rate as a bargaining unit member. In addition, such bargaining unit member may utilize accrued bargaining unit seniority during the first six months outside the bargaining unit for purposes of job bidding for any bargaining unit position.
