Portability of Length of Service. (a) A regular employee, who transfers to a British Columbia Crown Corporation when the Corporation is formally established as an Employer and who subsequently wins a competition with the Public Service, will be credited with any length of service accrued prior to transfer from the Public Service, plus any length of service with the Corporation providing:
