Point of Delivery The point of interconnection between NEPOOL Pool Transmission Facilities and the transmission facilities of the Local Distributor.
Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.
Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services. Contract Capacity The generation capability designated for the Project shall be the contract capacity in MW designated in the Cover Sheet, net of all auxiliary loads, station electrical uses, and Electrical Losses (the “Contract Capacity”). Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall sell and deliver all Product produced by the Project solely to Buyer. In no event shall Buyer be obligated to receive, in any Settlement Interval, any Surplus Delivered Energy. Seller shall not receive payment for any Surplus Delivered Energy. To the extent Seller delivers Surplus Delivered Energy to the Delivery Point in a Settlement Interval in which the Real-Time Price for the applicable PNode is negative, Seller shall pay Buyer an amount equal to the Surplus Delivered Energy (in MWh) during such Settlement Interval, multiplied by the absolute value of the Real-Time Price per MWh for such Settlement Interval.]
Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
Point of Interconnection The Point of Interconnection shall be as identified on the one-line diagram attached as Schedule B to this ISA.
Capacity Interconnection Rights Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 550 MW.
Delivery Points Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.
Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.
Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.
