If you wish to return any merchandise purchased with the Card, you will be subject to the merchant’s return policies. The Servicer, the Bank, the card network and their affiliates, employees, and agents are not responsible for the services or merchandise purchased with the Card. The Bank is not responsible for the return or exchange of merchandise purchased with the Card. By use of this Card, you, the cardholder, agree that the Bank is not liable for any consequential damages, direct or indirect. Exchange or return of merchandise purchased in whole or in part with the Card is governed by the policies of each merchant and applicable law. If you have a dispute with a merchant, you agree to settle the dispute directly with the Merchant. If the merchant agrees to issue a credit to the Card, such funds may not be available for up to seven (7) business days.

If you are entitled to a refund for any reason for goods or services obtained with your DasherDirect Business Prepaid Visa Card, you agree to accept credits to your DasherDirect Business Prepaid Visa Card for refunds and agree to the refund policy of the merchant.   • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis.   • Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S. For purposes of this Contract, a person or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract.
