Visa Card definition

Visa Card means a card branded as a Visa Debit Card or Visa Credit Card a function of which is to access the Visa Card holders Account or Credit Account with us.
Visa Card means a debit card in whatever form (including plastic, virtual or tokenized) issued by Indue at the request of to enable electronic access to your Linked Account and includes all additional Visa Cards issued to any Additional Cardholder.
Visa Card means a valid and unexpired VISA® card bearing the distinctive blue, white and gold colour bands identical to that appearing on the CHARGEX card or bearing the distinctive "winged Visa" dual colour Visa symbol (the "Visa Brand Xxxx"), or, if you are a merchant with Electronic Capability (as defined above), bearing the Visa Brand Xxxx with the Electron identifier (with all of which you hereby acknowledges you are familiar).

Examples of Visa Card in a sentence

  • Should your card details be changed (for example if your Visa Card was lost, stolen or expired and has been replaced) then you must request the Merchant to change the details of your existing regular payment arrangement to ensure payments under that arrangement continue.

  • Should your Visa Card or your accounts with us be closed for any reason, you should immediately contact the Merchant to change or cancel your regular payment arrangement, as the Merchant may stop providing the goods and/or services.
