Plaques. Grantor agrees that Grantee may provide and maintain a plaque on the Facades of the Building, which plaque shall not exceed eight by ten inches in size, giving notice of the significance of the Building or the Premises and the existence of this perpetual preservation and conservation easement.

No public announcement of a project under this protocol shall be made by either party without the prior consent of the other party. The Ministry of Education shall receive at least four weeks notice of any proposed public announcement or official ceremony related to modular deliveries. The Provincial Minister or designated representative shall participate in such announcements or ceremonies, to take place at a mutually agreed date and time. The parties shall co-operate in the organization of announcements and ceremonies. Messages and public statements for such events should be mutually agreed upon.
Plaques. 10.1 In order to receive a plaque for achieving the Legal-Island ‘Mark of Excellence’ then all staff must have completed the training. 10.2 All plaques will be provided at Legal-Island’s discretion.
