Common use of Plaques Clause in Contracts

Plaques. EDUC may request the district provide and install (upon completion of significant, high-profile construction projects and/or initiatives), a plaque bearing an appropriate inscription. The design, wording and specifications of such plaques must be approved by EDUC. Cost of the plaque is to be funded from the approved project budget.
