Plaques. Notwithstanding the restrictions of Paragraph 2(e) above, with Grantor’s prior approval regarding appearance, size and location, Grantee may provide and maintain a plaque on the Façades, which plaque shall not exceed 12 inches by 12 inches in size, informing the public of the significance of the Buildings or the Premises and the existence of this perpetual preservation Easement.
