Common use of Plant & Equipment Clause in Contracts

Plant & Equipment. 1) The Contractor,shall at his own expense supply all tools,plants & equipment (here in after referred to as T & P) required for the execution of the contract other than those listed in tender documents/contract agreement which subject to their availability may be hired from PSTCL to the contractor or issued free for use in the execution of the work,as specified in the tender documents.

Plant & Equipment. 1) The Contractor,contractor, shall at his own expense expense, supply all tools,tools plants & and equipment (here in herein after referred to as T & P) required for the execution of the contract other than those listed in tender documents/contract agreement Xxxx of quantity, which subject to their availability may be hired from PSTCL given by BHEL on hire basis to the contractor or issued free for use in the execution of the work,, as specified in the tender documents.
