Planning Phase. a. On or before October 1* in the year in which a Bargaining Unit Member is to be evaluated, the District shall notify the Unit Member of the name of the evaluator. b. All evaluatees will have met with their evaluators in the Initial Planning Conference on or before October 15th. The evaluator shall provide the evaluatee with an overall summary of the evaluation process and all evaluation instruments at the Initial Planning Conference. At that time, a calendar will be determined which may include a time line for classroom observations and establish other dates of importance. Initial Planning Conferences may be held individually or in groups.
