NICE Responsibility. Promptly following the execution of this SOW by both Parties, NICE will assign a project manager ("NICE PM") in connection with its performance of the Services. The NICE PM will serve as the primary point of contact for NICE in connection with the Services, and will be responsible for working with the Customer team, including the development of a project plan, and NICE's coordination of the Services.
