Plan 4 and Plan 6 Participants. (i) Termination of Covered Employment on or after July 1, 1997 (July 1, 1998 for Plan 6 Participants). A Deferred Pension shall be paid in the amount of an Early Pension in the form of a Basic Pension if the Participant is unmarried, or a QJSP if the Participant is married, unless a valid election is made in accordance with 4.07 in which case he may receive such Pension in the form of a Basic Pension.
