Physical Safeguards USAC and the Department agree to maintain all automated matching records in a secured computer environment that includes the use of authorized access codes to restrict access. Those records will be maintained under conditions that restrict access to persons who need them for official duties related to the matching process. The user’s supervisor will ensure that USAC or the Department are notified when a user has departed or duties have changed so the user no longer needs access to the system, to ensure timely deletion of the user’s account and password.
Offshoring 9.1 The Department’s Data must not be processed outside the United Kingdom without the prior written consent of DWP and must at all times comply with the Data Protection Xxx 0000.
Physical Plant The Board of Supervisors agrees to provide, subject to the budgetary and fiscal provisions of the Charter, the following physical equipment and work environment for users of video display equipment:
Physical Fitness New Employees. New employees are required to file a medical examination report with the Director of Health Services before reporting for duty in the Des Moines schools. The employee must pay the cost of this examination given by a physician of his/her choice and reported on the form provided by the Employer.
Physical Collocation (a) If space for Physical Collocation is immediately available at the time of CLEC's request, SBC-AMERITECH shall include in its notice to CLEC: (i) the space to be provided, and (ii) whether SBC- AMERITECH can deliver the space to CLEC by the date set forth in Section 12.15.2(d).
Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 The Optional Daily Usage File will be distributed to <<customer_name>> via an agreed medium with CONNECT:Direct being the preferred transport method. The Daily Usage Feed will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the Daily Usage Feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN.
Physical Fitness Program 42.1 The Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee consisting of four (4) members, two (2) appointed by the Chief of Department and two (2) appointed by the Union shall develop a physical fitness program for the Department to maintain and improve the health and fitness of members and reduce injuries. The employees appointed by the Union shall receive reasonable time off without loss of compensation or other benefits for the purpose of participating in meetings of the Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee.
Physical Facilities The parties acknowledge the importance of RMOs having quality facilities to enable RMOs an opportunity to rest, discuss clinical matters with other RMOs, and to study. The DHBs acknowledge the importance of private RMO rooms and accept they need to be appropriate for the circumstances. Ideally RMO facilities should be of an appropriate size, secure and have the following: • Kitchen facilities and lounge area, with natural light where possible. • Sufficient number of telephone lines to enable appropriate clinical response by RMOs to pagers and clinical duties. • A study area including sufficient desk space and adequate lighting to enable reading. • Good IT facilities including: inter and intranet access. • Access to relevant clinical material such as lab and x-ray results, up to date etc. • Access and ability to print. • Lockers if secure facilities are not provided elsewhere closer to work spaces. • Sufficient beds for those on nights. • Changing, toilet and shower facilities. • The room(s) and associated facilities should be located close to the hospital’s acute area(s) and serviced regularly with linen supplied. • Where space is available, safe and secure parking close to the main entrance of the hospital for RMOs undertaking work during the hours of darkness. Where space is not available the DHB must make appropriate alternative arrangements such as the provision of taxis. This clause does not require DHBs to retrofit existing facilities to meet such requirements; however DHBs must consider the above requirements when undertaking refurbishment work and when building new hospitals/facilities. Best endeavours should be applied to provide the above within existing facilities in the absence of rebuilding.
ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to Image Access via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (one hundred seventy-five (175) byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one (1) dataset per workday per OCN. If BellSouth determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, BellSouth may move the customer to CONNECT:Direct file delivery.
Physical Architecture 59.2.1 CenturyLink's network architecture in any given local exchange area and/or LATA can vary markedly from another local exchange area/LATA. Using one or more of the NIMs herein, the Parties will agree to a physical architecture plan for a specific LATA, or if appropriate based on other requirements in Section 59, Local Calling Area. The physical architecture plan, as described in the Local Interconnection POI Profile, will be discussed during joint implementation planning. CLEC and CenturyLink agree to Interconnect their networks through existing and/or new Interconnection Facilities between CLEC switch(es) and CenturyLink's End Office Switch(es) and/or Tandem Switch(es). The physical architecture plan will be in accordance with Forecasting and Planning requirements in Article IV.
