Physical Model. After the 25% design stage and the CFD modeling have been completed, the results will be used to construct a physical model of the structure. The primary purpose of the physical modeling is to investigate the internal hydraulics of the structure and to evaluate entrance hydraulic conditions. Concurrently, the design will progress to the 50% stage.

Physical Model. About Physical Models Navicat Data Modeler allows you to create physical models, including tables, fields, views, foreign key constraints and other physical properties of the database/schema. In the New Model window, choose Physical as Model Type and select the target Database and Version. You can also use the following features to create a physical model: • Import from Database - reverse engineer from existing databases/schemas or ODBC data source. • Model Conversion - convert from a logical/conceptual model. After creating a physical model, you can compare and synchronize it to an existing database/schema or export it to a SQL file. Add Databases / Schemas to Physical Model When creating a new model, a database/schema (named Default) is automatically created and it is the default database/schema. All newly added objects (tables and views) are belonged to the default database/schema. You can view all databases/schemas with their objects as tree structure on the Explorer's Model tab. The pop-up menu options of a database/schema in the Explorer's Model tab include: Option Description New Database / New Schema Create a database/schema. Delete Database / Delete Schema Delete the selected database/schema including its objects from the model. The default database/schema cannot be deleted. Rename Change the name of the database/schema. Set As Default Database / Set As Default Schema Set the selected database/schema as the default database/schema. Add Tables to Physical Model To add a new table, click the Table button from the toolbar and click anywhere on the canvas. To add an existing table from the Explorer's Model tab, simply drag and drop the selected table from the Model tab to the canvas. For Default diagram notation, the icon means the field is a primary key. The icon indicates that the field serves as an index.

  • Physical Architecture 59.2.1 CenturyLink's network architecture in any given local exchange area and/or LATA can vary markedly from another local exchange area/LATA. Using one or more of the NIMs herein, the Parties will agree to a physical architecture plan for a specific LATA, or if appropriate based on other requirements in Section 59, Local Calling Area. The physical architecture plan, as described in the Local Interconnection POI Profile, will be discussed during joint implementation planning. CLEC and CenturyLink agree to Interconnect their networks through existing and/or new Interconnection Facilities between CLEC switch(es) and CenturyLink's End Office Switch(es) and/or Tandem Switch(es). The physical architecture plan will be in accordance with Forecasting and Planning requirements in Article IV.

  • Physical Exams The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.

Those records will be maintained under conditions that restrict access to persons who need them for official duties related to the matching process. The user’s supervisor will ensure that USAC or the Department are notified when a user has departed or duties have changed so the user no longer needs access to the system, to ensure timely deletion of the user’s account and password.

Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one (1) dataset per workday per OCN. If BellSouth determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, BellSouth may move the customer to CONNECT:Direct file delivery.

  • Security of All Software Components Supplier will inventory all software components (including open source software) used in Deliverables, and provide such inventory to Accenture upon request. Supplier will assess whether any such components have any security defects or vulnerabilities that could lead to a Security Incident. Supplier will perform such assessment prior to providing Accenture with access to such software components and on an on-going basis thereafter during the term of the Agreement. Supplier will promptly notify Accenture of any identified security defect or vulnerability and remediate same in a timely manner. Supplier will promptly notify Accenture of its remediation plan. If remediation is not feasible in a timely manner, Supplier will replace the subject software component with a component that is not affected by a security defect or vulnerability and that does not reduce the overall functionality of the Deliverable(s).

  • Validation Review In the event OIG has reason to believe that: (a) Good Shepherd’s Claims Review fails to conform to the requirements of this CIA; or (b) the IRO’s findings or Claims Review results are inaccurate, OIG may, at its sole discretion, conduct its own review to determine whether the Claims Review complied with the requirements of the CIA and/or the findings or Claims Review results are inaccurate (Validation Review). Good Shepherd shall pay for the reasonable cost of any such review performed by OIG or any of its designated agents. Any Validation Review of Reports submitted as part of Good Shepherd’s final Annual Report shall be initiated no later than one year after Good Shepherd’s final submission (as described in Section II) is received by OIG. Prior to initiating a Validation Review, OIG shall notify Good Shepherd of its intent to do so and provide a written explanation of why OIG believes such a review is necessary. To resolve any concerns raised by OIG, Good Shepherd may request a meeting with OIG to: (a) discuss the results of any Claims Review submissions or findings; (b) present any additional information to clarify the results of the Claims Review or to correct the inaccuracy of the Claims Review; and/or (c) propose alternatives to the proposed Validation Review. Good Shepherd agrees to provide any additional information as may be requested by OIG under this Section III.D.3 in an expedited manner. OIG will attempt in good faith to resolve any Claims Review issues with Good Shepherd prior to conducting a Validation Review. However, the final determination as to whether or not to proceed with a Validation Review shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG.

  • Physical Examination The Employer, at its own expense, shall have the right and be given the opportunity to have a medical doctor appointed by the Employer examine, as often as it may reasonably require, any employee whose injury, sickness, mental or nervous disorder is the basis of claim upon this Plan.
