Personnel Changes. In the event Contractor replaces any of its personnel, Contractor will make such replacement(s), with Contractor’s other personnel of equal or superior ability, experience, and qualifications. Contractor’s personnel replacements must be pre- approved in writing by Procuring Agency’s Project Manager.
