Common use of Personal Clause in Contracts

A bargaining unit member will be granted during the term of this Agreement up to five (5) days of Leave Without Pay for personal reasons and may request additional time for any period up to six (6) months unless such leave will have an adverse effect on scheduled projects or the efficient operation of departmental tasks.
