Common use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE Clause in Contracts

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE. 42.01 The Employer shall provide, at no cost to employees, all protective devices, clothing and other equipment necessary to properly protect employees from injury and unhealthy work conditions. The Employer shall make provisions for the proper cleaning and maintenance of all safety equipment and protective devices, and on-site laundering of clothing, at no cost to the employees.

Any absence of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall make provisions for the proper cleaning and maintenance of all safety equipment and protective devices, and on-site laundering of clothing, at no cost be immediately reported to the employeesSupervisor.
