PERSONAL LEAVE HOLIDAY. the notice for which must be given to the dispatcher forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the posting of the board. Seniority shall prevail in the instance of more than one request. The holiday will be granted to only the number of persons asking for same that will not interfere with the system scheduling as to number of people and required payment of premium time. The personal leave holiday may be selected by the employee with the prior approval of the Manager or his designated representative. Employees may opt to take Presidents' Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx.'s Birthday and Veterans Day as a personal leave holiday. The employee may opt to take his birthday as a personal leave holiday.
