Personal Calls. Other than in an emergency situation or with the permission of the Program Director (or their designee), staff are not to make or receive personal calls unless on break. Employees failing to comply with this policy may be subject to disciplinary action up to an including termination.
Personal Calls. Although personal calls may be permitted during working hours, it must be of reasonable duration and frequency, and it must be: (1) a local call; (2) charged to a personal credit card; (3) charged to a home telephone; (4) charged to the called party, or (5) made to a toll-free number. For any use of City telephones beyond the parameters of this policy, employees must pay the cost associated with the calls. Personal phone calls are allowed at the Department Head or supervisor’s discretion. Employees ARE NOT permitted to open any personal telephone accounts using their office phone number as a xxxx to address. Should this happen, the employee will be liable for any charges billed to the City, and the account will be canceled.

Clients - Children under the age of 18 should not be at the center unless they are being counseled. - Children under the age of 18 cannot be in the counseling room while other family members are being counseled, with the following exception: o Babies younger than 18 months are allowed in the counseling room with their parent. - Children under the age of 18 cannot wait at the center while their parents are being counseled. - If a child is being counseled, siblings may be at the center, if necessary, but must remain under constant supervision by a parent/guardian. - Children under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present at all times. Under no circumstances are children to be left unattended at the center. - Children under the age of 18 cannot attend or sit in on groups at the center unless those groups are noted as being specifically for children. Staff - Staff may only have their children at SCSM while they are working with prior approval of the Executive Director. Dress Code The dress code for staff and volunteers is business casual. Personal Calls. Winston-Salem State University provides cellular telephones to employees for the purpose of conducting University business. The use of University-owned cellular equipment to make or receive personal calls is discouraged, although it is understood that usage for personal reasons may be necessary in emergency situations. Employees must realize that although personal calls made within the local calling region and under the usage limits provided by the employee’s plan do not result in additional charges, they do count toward the overall time limits established under the service agreement.   • Personal Leaves 8.11.4.1 As approved by the Board, personal leaves without pay may be granted in cases of exceptional need for up to six (6) months. Any such leave exceeding one (1) semester shall not be counted toward tenure or promotion or for computing salary increments. These leaves may be extended by the PVPAA upon recommendation of the xxxx for up to one (1) year.

  • Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.

  • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year).
