Immediate Supervisor The term "immediate supervisor" as used in this Article refers to the appropriate non-bargaining unit supervisory or management person to whom the employee is accountable.
Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.
Supervisor Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
