Common use of PERS Long-Term Care Clause in Contracts

PERS Long-Term Care. The County will deduct and remit monthly premium and eligible lists to the PERS Long Term Care Administrator, at no County administrative cost, for County employees who are eligible and voluntarily elect to purchase long term care through the PERS Long Term Care Program. The County further agrees that County employees interested in purchasing PERS Long Term Care may participate in meetings scheduled by PERS Long Term Care on County facilities during non- work hours.
