Perpetual Calendar. If the Collective Bargaining Agreement is a multi-year contract and only the first year’s work year calendar was negotiated, the calendars for other years of the contract shall be subject to reopened negotiations. If no agreement is reached by May 1st in such reopened negotiations, the parties agree to use the guidelines below to come to an agreement.
