Specialist Support Clause Samples
The Specialist Support clause outlines the provision of expert assistance or services by individuals with specialized knowledge or skills relevant to the contract. Typically, this clause specifies the circumstances under which such support may be requested, the qualifications required of the specialists, and the process for engaging or compensating them. Its core function is to ensure that parties have access to necessary expertise to address complex or technical issues, thereby improving project outcomes and reducing the risk of errors or misunderstandings.

This service is bespoke according to your support needs, and as such all support options will be charged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Music Service Manager who will be happy to meet with you to discuss your needs and develop a programme of support specifically for your school. The first meeting is free of charge while we assess your needs and develop an action plan.
Specialist Support. 3.1 Specialist support will continue to provide support to Adult Services, Children’s Service and Criminal Justice Services. This will be a shared service between NHSH and THC.
3.2 The purpose of this schedule is to provide a documented understanding of the services provided rather than a formal Service Level Agreement. It is intended that current levels of service will continue and volumes of service detailed in this and other schedules should be taken as a guideline or proxy as to what those levels of service are and could be used as a baseline to determine permanent significant variations in the levels of support required. As this support team will be based in NHSH, this schedule specifically highlights the services which will continue to be provided to Children’s Services and Criminal Justice as part of a shared service.
