Periods of Time. Whenever any determination is to be made or action to be taken on a date specified in this Agreement, if such date shall fall on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday under the applicable laws, then in such event said date shall be extended to the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
