Salary Maintenance (a) Entitlement to salary maintenance An Affected Employee who is successfully redeployed will be entitled to salary maintenance where the Affected Employee’s pay is reduced because the new role:
Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.
Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. Work Period; Overtime Pay The work period for overtime computation purposes shall be a seven (7) day period, as defined by the Employer. Nurses working this twelve (12) hour shift schedule shall be paid overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours after the end of the twelve (12) hour shift or for any hours worked beyond forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day period. If a nurse works more than two (2) consecutive hours beyond the end of the twelve (12) hour shift, all overtime hours after fourteen (14) consecutive hours of work for that shift shall be paid at double time (2x).
INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.
Period of Enrolment 6.1 The enrolment of the student, once approved by the Principal of the School, commences in the Entry Year and continues until the completion of last year at the School or until the Student's enrolment is otherwise withdrawn or terminated.
Period of Services Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.
Benefit Waiting Period Allowance (a) An employee who qualifies for and takes leave pursuant to 21.1 or 21.2 and is required by Employment Insurance to serve a one-week waiting period for Employment Insurance Maternity/Parental benefits, shall be paid a leave allowance equivalent to one week at 85% of the employee's basic pay.
