Performance Appraisal and Performance Salary Adjustments. 17.1.1 This section shall specify the manner in which employee job performance is appraised and the manner in which employees receive performance salary adjustments within the salary range. These salary adjustments shall be based on successful job performance and are not a right of the employee, but must be earned.
