Common use of PENSION PLAN QUALIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

PENSION PLAN QUALIFICATIONS. The Employer agrees that all employees who qualify for benefits under the provisions of the Trust Agreement known as B.C.H.A. UNITE HERE Local 40 Pension Plan, shall be covered by the Pension Fund as set out in the said Trust Agreement.
