Employee Qualifications. “The qualifications to be met by individuals to be employed by the school.” (Ed. Code § 47605(b)(5)(E).)
Employee Qualifications. When a layoff is necessary, the Employer will lay off employees so that the reduction will be made in such a manner that the remaining employees possess the necessary qualifications to perform the required duties.
Employee Qualifications. Only skilled and reliable workers shall be employed for the Work. Should any person employed on the Work by the Contractor appear to the Division Manager to be incompetent, unable to perform the Work, or disorderly, such person shall be removed from the Work immediately upon proper notice to the Contractor from the City and such person shall not again be used for this Contract.

Any employee filling a position under the provisions of Section 6.3(E)(3) of the Agreement shall meet all requirements and qualifications of the classification and position to which they seek to fill. This includes any normal and customary testing and background investigation as a condition to filling a position.
Employee Qualifications. Consultant represents and warrants that its employees may legally work in the United States for Consultant and are qualified to perform the Services. Within forty-eight (48) hours of execution of the relevant Work Order, Consultant shall provide all reasonably necessary documents, including without limitation, Form I-9s work authorization documents, evidencing each employee’s eligibility for the duration of the engagement. To the extent required by Client, Consultant shall provide E-Verify forms and reports for all personnel working for such Client.
