Peer Services Clause Samples

The 'Peer Services' clause defines the terms under which parties may provide services to each other on a reciprocal or collaborative basis. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of services exchanged, the standards or expectations for performance, and any limitations or conditions on the use of such services. For example, it may specify how each party can access the other's resources or support, and address issues like confidentiality or liability.
