Peaceful Performance of City Services. 6.1 The Union and its members and all employees covered by this Agreement, individually and collectively, agree that during the term of this Agreement, they shall not strike, slowdown, or recognize any picket line while in the performance of official duties. For purposes of this Section, "strike" means an employee's refusal in concerted action with others to report for duty, or willful absence from the position, or stoppage of work, or the absence in whole or in part from the full, faithful or proper performance of the duties of employment, for the purpose of inducing, influencing or coercing a change in the conditions, compensation, rights, privileges or obligations of employment.
