Payments to be Made by Paying Agent; Deposit of Moneys. (a) With respect to the Notes (other than Definitive Registered Notes), the Issuer, solely in its capacity as Paying Agent shall, prior to 9:30 a.m. Tel Aviv time on each Interest Payment Date or Stated Maturity (or if any such day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day), make payments by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the Depositary for further payments on the Global Notes through the TASECH in accordance with the Applicable Procedures and the provisions of this Indenture. The Paying Agent shall promptly notify the Trustee in writing of its failure so to act.‌
