Payment on of Termination. All payments due under this Part 2 shall be paid within 30 days of the date of termination and the debtor shall otherwise comply with the provisions of Clause 17. Where relevant, title in the Facility and Materials purchased by the Purchaser under the terms of this Part 2 shall be delivered on the date when payment is made in full. This Part 2 shall apply to termination before the Expiry Date, whether it occurs before or after the issue of the Performance Certificate.   • Payment on Termination If an employee is terminated after the end of a year of employment, the employee is deemed to have been given any untaken leave from the date of termination and shall be paid for that leave accordingly.
