Common use of Payment of Operating Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Operating Expenses. Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Annual Operating Expenses in equal monthly installments in the amount set forth in Section 1(d) (prorated for any partial month), from the Commencement Date and continuing throughout the Term on the first day of each calendar month during the Term, as additional rent, without notice, demand or setoff except as expressly provided for in this lease; provided that the monthly installment for the first full month shall be paid at the signing of this lease.
