Payment of Benefits During Leaves. Employees are responsible for full payment of the premiums for the benefits set out in Article 18 of the Collective Agreement while on Leave of Absence under Articles 16.07, and while on Leave of Absence beyond the statutory period under Article 16.09, and if such leave is of a duration in excess of one (1) month under Article 16.02
