Payment for Working Statutory and Substituted Statutory Holidays. Employees whose Statutory Holiday is rescheduled under this paragraph will be paid consistent with Article XII, Sections 1 and 2 if they work the substituted Statutory Holiday. Specifically, an employee who works a moveable Statutory Holiday is paid at straight time rates.
