Payment for Sixth Day Worked when Cumulative Weekly Schedule Employee. Works Six Days in the Studio or on Nearby Location When an employee under a cumulative weekly schedule works six (6) days within his workweek in the studio or at a nearby location, compensation for such sixth day worked shall be at the rate of time and one-half, based on the employee’s weekly schedule Regular Basic Hourly Rate. The minimum call is eight (8) hours.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Payment for TIPS Sales TIPS Members may make payments for TIPS Sales directly to Vendor, Vendor’s Authorized Reseller, or as otherwise agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement after receipt of the invoice and in compliance with applicable payment statutes.
