Payment for Required Telephone On. Call While Off-Duty When an off-duty employee is required by the State Attorney's Office or the Judge of any court to be on telephone on-call, the employee will notify the court liaison officer of such order. The on-call requirement will then be confirmed and the employee compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his/her regular rate of pay for those hours the court is in session or until released accordingly.
