Common use of Payment and Particulars of Salaries Clause in Contracts

Payment and Particulars of Salaries. (i) All salaries and other payments shall be paid fortnightly provided that payment for any overtime and/or shift penalties worked may be deferred to the pay day next following the completion of the working cycle within which such overtime and or shift penalties is worked, but for no longer. Provided further that any proposal to alter the day on which wages are to be paid or the number of days pay kept in hand by the employer, must be the subject of consultation with employees and the Union.
