Common use of Payment and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Payment and Benefits. Upon the effectiveness of the terms set forth herein, the Company shall provide the Employee with certain payments and benefits set forth in Section 5(a)(ii) of the Employment Agreement between the Company and Employee dated _______________________, 20____ (the “Employment Agreement”), upon the terms, and subject to the conditions, of the Employment Agreement.
