PAY ON DAY OF INJURY. 19.01 Where any employee is required to lose time from work as a result of an injury which occurs on the job or on the Employer’s premises, the employee shall receive his regular pay for the balance of the day on which the injury occurred, less any amount which the employee may receive in respect of Workers’ Compensation for the balance of the day on which the injury occurred.
