PAY ON DAY OF INJURY. 21.01 An employee injured on the job shall be paid subject to proof of medical attention, for the balance of his shift, on which the injury occurred at his straight-time hourly rate of pay, if, as a result of such injury, the employee is sent home or to an outside hospital. Where necessary, the Company will provide transportation to the doctor's office or hospital on the day of injury.
