Pay for Day of Accident. An employee who is injured at work and is unable to continue working will receive a full day’s pay for the day of the accident.

Pay for Day of Accident. If an employee, after starting work, meets with an accident which incapacitates him from carrying on his duties, he shall be paid his full day's wages for the day of his injury, provided he is not in receipt of compensation from the Workers' Compensation Board for that day.
Pay for Day of Accident. When an employee of the Company meets with an accident, providing he/she has started his/her day, he/she shall be paid his/her full day's wages for the day of the accident.

  • Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.

  • Pay for Holidays Worked (a) When an employee is required to work on a designated holiday, the employee shall be paid compensation, or given compensatory time off, for such work at the rate of time and one-half the employee’s regular rate of pay, in addition to regular pay received for all hours worked for the holiday.
