Structures Airport facilities such as bridges; culverts; catch basins, inlets, retaining walls, cribbing; storm and sanitary sewer lines; water lines; underdrains; electrical ducts, manholes, handholes, lighting fixtures and bases; transformers; flexible and rigid pavements; navigational aids; buildings; vaults; and, other manmade features of the airport that may be encountered in the work and not otherwise classified herein. 10-50 SUBGRADE. Agreement Structure 2.1 An “Agreement” hereunder shall consist of this Master Agreement, the Schedule, and their applicable attachments and represents the complete and exclusive agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter of the Schedule, and replaces any prior oral or written communications between the Parties relating thereto. Each Lease is effective when the Schedule containing such Lease is executed by the Parties thereto.
Driveways 2.8 The Shop Response must include the possible impact description as well as a timeframe for restoration of Utility or work area. End users and O&M must be made aware of the possible impact in case of failure of redundant system/equipment. End user(s) and O&M must have some say of the date and time it may take place.
Payment Structure You must pay the fees listed on the relevant Services Order. Subscription payments will be structured differently based on the term you select from the three options below and the payment structure will be set forth in the Services Order. The fees identified in the Services Order are exclusive of shipping fees, and you will pay the shipping fees (if applicable) identified in the invoice.

Pavement Design If applicable, the Engineer shall incorporate the pavement design developed by the State for this project. If the pavement design is not available, the State may request the Engineer to perform pavement design and submit to State for review and approval.
Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.
Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.
