Patent Cost Reimbursement. In addition to the foregoing License Issue Fee, Licensee must reimburse University for all patent expenses invoiced prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement as provided in Paragraph 7.4 herein, and for all patent expenses invoiced on and after the Effective Date of this Agreement as provided for by Paragraph 7.4 herein.
