Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.
Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.
Data Integrity Control Personal Data will remain intact, complete and current during processing activities.
Layoff Order Seasonal employees shall be laid off in inverse order of classification seniority within the principal place of employment of the position(s) to be eliminated unless waived by mutual agreement between the employee and the Appointing Authority.
