Common use of Part A - Allowances - Climatic Disability Clause in Contracts

Part A - Allowances - Climatic Disability. 2.1 Subject to clause 7 of this schedule, a Teacher appointed to a Campus located in the Western Division of New South Wales upon or to the west of a line starting from a point on the right bank of the Xxxxxx River opposite Swan Hill (Victoria), and thence by straight lines passing through the following towns or localities in the order stated, viz., Conargo, Coleambally, Hay, Xxxxxxx Springs, Marsden, Condobolin, Peak Hill, Nevertire, Gulargambone, Coonabarabran, Wee Waa, Moree, Warialda, Ashford and Bonshaw, shall be paid an allowance at the rates prescribed in subclause 0 below.
