PARKING PERMIT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. ‌ • Any outstanding payments on the account must be paid in full before the account can be cancelled. • If an account or unpaid tickets or other charges remains past due, the account will be referred to a collection agency. • The Parking department requires a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the first of the month for parking cancellation. This cancellation notice must be provided via email to xxxx.xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx-xx.xx. • No verbal cancellations will be accepted. • If thirty (30) days’ notice has been provided, no additional charges will be processed after thirty (30) days have passed. • Should less than thirty (30) days’ notice be provided, the Account Holder will be charged for an additional one (1) month of parking. • The Parking department endeavours to process all Parking Permit cancellations within five (5) business days. • The Parking Permit must be returned to the Parking department office within the thirty (30) day notice period otherwise the account holder will continue to be charged until the parking permit is returned. Outstanding Payments • Vehicles will also be subject to ticketing, immobilization or towing at the owner’s expense. Additional fees will apply. • If a vehicle's violation(s) have been forwarded to a collection agency, parking privileges will be revoked and the vehicle will be subject to immobilization or towing. • Payment for the release of vehicles impounded must be cash, MasterCard Visa or Interac to the towing company. No personal cheques will be accepted for tickets on immobilized or towed vehicles. • Movement of an immobilized vehicle may cause damage to the vehicle. Any damaged incurred will be at the owner’s expense.

  • CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Should a student’s enrollment be terminated or cancelled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy A Student wishing to cancel an enrollment or withdraw may complete a Withdrawal/Cancellation Form. This form is available at xxx.XXX.xxx or from the Registrar located in Suite 203. Health Career Institute will refund monies paid by students in the following manner:  All monies will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted by the school or if the student cancels with in three (3) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making payment.  Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first day of class, will result in a refund of all monies paid with the exception of the non-refundable registration fee.  Any textbooks and uniform polo shirts that were issued must be returned to the school unused to receive the refund for those items.  Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days of date of the cancelation with proper submission of a Withdrawal/Cancellation Form by the student.
